To schedule a book talk or storytime, contact the Youth Services Department.
The Glenview Library annually sponsors a tournament in January and February for fourth and fifth graders to test their book knowledge. Teams of four read from a selected list and try to identify books from a series of questions. All participants receive a certificate and are invited to a party at the end of the season. Informational school visits begin in October and registration runs through November. Ask your school librarian for more information.

Resources
Book Discussion Sets
The Library has Group Discussion Sets (10 paperback copies) of over 30 popular titles. Schools may check out entire sets for five weeks on a school library card.
Textbook Collection
We house textbooks from OLPH, District 34, and St. Catherine Laboure for use in the Library. These non-circulating books are a great resource for students and patrons. If your school is interested in donating current textbooks, please contact the School Services Coordinator at 847-729-7500 x2913.
