Virtual Youth Programs Survey
To help us plan future virtual (online) library programs, we would like to learn about the types of programming you are interested in attending. This survey is specifically for youth programs for kids (Pre-K through 8th Grade). Your feedback is very important to us. Thank you!
June-August • Offsite: Little Bear Garden at Gallery Park, 2001 Patriot Blvd.
Every day, firefighters, doctors, police officers, and other first responders are on full alert, ready to rescue people and animal friends in need. They work on land, go underground, and even parachute down from the sky. No emergency is too big for them! Buckle up and watch as these heroes go the distance to keep everyone safe. Drop in.
Join our friends from K-9 Reading Buddies of the North Shore, an animal-assisted children’s literacy program, and register for a live, 15-minute reading session. Parents and guardians can relax while children read to therapy dogs.
SUPER SATURDAY AT JACKMAN PARK
Join us for one Saturday per month at Jackman Park for live performances under the gazebo! Limited space available on a first-come, first-served basis. Performances subject to COVID-19 guidelines. Masks required.
Children and caregivers unplug and bond by moving, breathing, and connecting.
Family Cooking Class (all ages)
Saturdays, 3-4:15 PM • Via Zoom
With interactive instruction from Kids’ Table, young chefs chop, mix, and roll their way to a different delicious dish—with enough to share! Each lesson pairs with a book read by the librarian while the food is prepared! Ingredients not provided. A list of ingredients for purchase will be emailed upon registration.
Think you’re smart, huh? Test your knowledge over four rounds of family friendly trivia and see if you come out on top. Prizes will be awarded to the highest scoring team.
