Book Shelfies (all ages)
Monday, June 1-Monday, August 31 • Via Email or Social Media
Take pictures of books you are reading and share a short review with us over social media or submit your “Shelfie” via email. “Shelfies” may be shared via the Library’s social media accounts.
Join our friends from K-9 Reading Buddies of the North Shore, an animal-assisted children’s literacy program, and register for a LIVE 15 minute Reading Session via ZOOM. Parents and guardians can relax while your child reads to one of their therapy dog teams.
Alongside Harry, Ron, and Hermione, run through Hogwarts in this virtual escape room. Escape Filch’s grasp and make it to the Gryffindor Common Room without being caught and losing any chance to win the House Cup. Register to receive a link to your virtual escape room via email.

Join us for an online scavenger hunt. We’ll post five categories on Facebook and ask you to find matching items. Take a picture of your items and email them to us and we’ll share them on our social media.
Learn how to write song lyrics in this hands-on workshop with Dynamic Music! Participants will collaborate to write lyrics for a brand new song. After the class, instructor Andrew Olmstead will record the group’s work so you can listen to and share your work.
