Renewing & Reserving Materials
Most materials can be renewed or reserved at the Circulation Desk, at public computer stations, by phone or online by logging in to MY ACCOUNTon the Library catalog. Log in to your account with your library card number and password. If you haven’t chosen a password, use the default password, the last 4 digits of your phone number. If you don’t know your password or need help with your account, please contact the Circulation Department at 847-729-7500. Staff at any of the Service Desks are also available to help you.
Online Fine Payment
The Library offers a secure and convenient way to pay your fines and fees online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.
Email and Text Account Notification
Sign up to receive an email or text notice when your materials are due and your hold items are ready for pick up. To register, log into your account, then click on your name. There is a section called Contact Information and Preferences where you can choose how you would like to be contacted. Loan Limits & Fines

Interlibrary Loan is a service used to obtain library materials (books, articles, and audiovisual items) from other libraries when they are not available at the Glenview Library. This patron service follows policies and procedures agreed upon by the cooperating libraries.
