Glenview Public Library Strategic Plan

The Glenview Library is pleased to announce the completion of its 2019-2021 Strategic Plan. The final product is the result of more than two years of data collecting with input from Glenview residents, including middle and high school students, adults, parents, and senior citizens, through focus groups, community input sessions, online surveys, and targeted interviews. The Library strives to remain relevant to the community by adapting and reinventing itself to meet the changing needs of a technological society while staying true to the things that it does best—providing access to the world of information and ideas.

The Library has completed an Implementation Plan outlining goals for 2019 that conform to the Library’s chosen Strategic Objectives of Programming, Collaboration, Innovation, Communication, and Information.
