Any teen interested in donating their time and talents to the library are always welcome to pick up an application for the VolunTeen program at the Reader Services Desk. This is a year-round program and provides service points for teens ages 13 and up who would like to help out with various aspects of library work. This
is a great way to become familiar with the library’s day-to-day operations and become involved in your community.
For questions on how to help out with programs or getting involved with the VolunTeen program, please contact Nicole M. Mills, Young Adult Librarian, at 847-729-7500 or through email. Teens are also encouraged to utilize the library’s NEW myspace page.
