Kick back, relax, and unleash a summer of reading!
Nearly 3,000 readers of all ages join the excitement each year.
Kids register in the Youth Services area.
Adults and Teens register at the Reader Services Desk.

Opening Day!

Register for a Summer Reading Club at the Kick-Off Festival (PDF), Saturday, June 7, 10 AM-2 PM. Enjoy the opening day excitement—prizes, refreshments, and fun for the whole family. Start in the Lobby by spinning the prize wheel and then move into the Community Room to sign up for the program and receive your prize—Ravinia tickets, coupons for free DVD rentals, or an assortment of other fun giveaways. Staff from New York Life will be on hand to issue free child photo I.D. cards. Whole Foods Market Northbrook will provide light refreshments. Just drop in.

KIDS Reading Clubs

Baby Paws • Birth-23 Months
Helping Paws: Read-To-Me-Club • Ages 2-5
Camp Paws to Read • Kindergarten-Grade 5
GenMod: Escape From the Lab • Grades 6-8

TEEN Reading Club

All it takes for a chance to win the Grand Prize raffle is completing five items. Three of your completed items must be books—but magazines, movies, or attending a teen Summer program all count.
