DROP-IN CHESS CLUB
Friday, February 1 @ 7-8:30PM
Volunteer chess instructor Steve Levenson lends his excellent instruction and advice to kids up to age 14. Children age 8 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Bring your own chess set if possible! No registration - just drop in!

JAN’S CLAN PUPPETS
Saturday, February 9 @ 10-10:45AM
Join Jan Nelson and her puppet friends as they present a winter musical variety show. For families. This event requires FREE tickets available one week before the program at the Youth Services Desk with a Glenview Library Card.

ROMP & RHYME (for babies ages 12-24 months, sitting with a caregiver)
February 16 @ 11AM-Noon
Just drop in! Siblings welcome, but stories and activities are directed to the specified age group.

MAD SCIENTIST’S LABORATORY (for grades 1-5)
Saturday, February 23 @ 10:30-11:30AM OR 2-3PM
Become a mad scientist in our weird science lab. Aliens, explosions, illusions and reactions! Science meets fun at the Library. Children in grades 1-5 may register with a GPL card beginning January 15th.

MAGIC FOR AN ENCHANTED EVENING
Friday, February 29 @ 7-8PM
He’s back! Magician extraordinaire, Sean Masterson, will serve up some magical wonders on this most enchanted evening! For families. This event requires FREE tickets available one week before the program at the Youth Services Desk with a Glenview Library Card.

PRESCHOOL STORYTIME (for 3, 4 & 5 year olds) NO YOUNGER SIBLINGS, PLEASE.
REGISTRATION begins Saturday, January 5 and ends Friday, January 11.
Parents must show a Glenview Library Card & a picture ID to register their children. Child MUST BE appropriate age on the date of the first story time session in order to participate in the lottery. Sessions run Monday, January 21 through Friday, February 22.
MONDAYS, TUESDAYS, THURSDAYS, FRIDAYS @ 10:30-11AM
OR MONDAYS @ 1:30-2PM

TODDLERTIME (for a 24-36 month old child sitting with an adult)
REGISTRATION begins Saturday, February 9 and ends Friday, February 15.
