A quick and convenient way to receive notice when your materials are due and hold items are ready for pick up.

How to Activate E-mail Notification

Follow these easy steps to activate e-mail service for your account. For assistance, contact the Circulation Department at (847) 729-7500.

• Access the Request for E-mail Notification form
• Enter your barcode (your library card number)
• Enter the password "patron" (or your new password if you have changed it)
• Enter and then re-enter your E-mail address
• Submit after you have read the consent statement

Please note: Some e-mail filters block the delivery of notices. Use the Test Your E-mail Address form prior to signing up for E-mail notification to be sure that your notices will be delivered. If you don't receive the test message, please contact the Circulation Department to enable notice delivery.
