Family Yoga Class Registration begins March 15

Sign up for our Family Yoga Class from 10:30-11:15 AM, or drop in to observe and try a pose or two anytime between 10 AM-Noon. Families will learn partner poses to do together. Yoga instructor Shawna Schwalb of Positivecaring Co., and Stephanie Borkan, LAc, LMT of Be Optimal Holistic Health Center will guide you. Wear comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat or beach towel. No prior yoga experience necessary. Stop by the Whole Foods Market Northbrook table in the Lobby to also learn about healthy snacks.

Sakura Festival
