visual review of the existing building and site was conducted to identify potential
hazardous materials.
•Some
types of materials were identified that have the potential to contain asbestos and
should be surveyed prior to any construction.
•Areas
of prior or recent water staining on ceiling tile, wall board, and carpet were noted.
•Minor
areas of mold growth were noted.
•There
did not appear to be any underground storage tanks.
